One of Jasa's core strengths is working with new importers. We’re here to help you take the guesswork out of logistics so you can avoid shady forwarding practices and confusing factory communications, while providing an in-depth understanding of government regulations and pricing and warehousing/distribution. We can also teach you the logistics language called "acronym.” 

While logistics isn’t rocket science—it can definitely be confusing and stressful at times. A sense of humor is highly recommended.

I AM A ROCK STAR LOGISTICS PROFESSIONAL—HOW CAN JASA HELP ME?

Sometimes, when you take a step back, it’s much easier to see the big picture. A fresh set of eyes is often necessary to see the things we couldn’t see when we were too close.  We can provide a fresh, outside perspective that may help you take your business in a confident new direction.

But if you see the big picture all too clear can’t seem to get the green light from management, we can help with that, too. We can provide an unbiased opinion from a third party that can help steer management in the right direction.

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL CLIENT?

Jasa's wheelhouse are small and mid-size clients. Even though every mother swears they don’t have a favorite child, ours is importers, exporters, inventors, and entrepreneurs. Not necessarily in that order.

IS JASA A FREIGHT FORWARDER/CUSTOMS BROKER?

No. We offer consultations and project management. With that said, the Jasa Group has worked with the best service providers in the industry and can recommend a partner(s) for your needs. 

Jasa does not get compensation, sports tickets, private jets, ambassadorships etc. for partnering our clients with our recommended service providers. Our job is to offer our knowledge and industry contacts to clients. 

If any client is happy with their current provider, we respect that.

HOW LONG WILL I NEED YOU?

That is up to you.  There is no minimum or maximum number of hours.  We can make recommendations, but the ball is always in your court.

IS ALL COMMUNICATION HANDLED ONLINE?

Again, that’s up to you. Sometimes on-site meetings are the best way to go, but if you are a newbie and just need guidance, then online or phone chats will work just fine.

Video conferencing is also available.

WHAT IF I NEED JASA FOR AN EMERGENCY FREIGHT SITUATION?

First of all--don’t panic. Take a deep breath (or two) and remember that Jasa is available 24/7. Our phone is always on and calls are returned within 15 minutes.

WHAT IF JASA CAN’T HELP US?

No one is everything to all parties. There may be times when we are just not the right fit for a client or vice versa.

We don't take on clients that are beyond our scope, but we can provide another source that may be better suited to a client’s needs.
